Refund Policy

There are no complexities in making the refund, our team of professionals will help you in this. Refund eligibility depends on the terms and conditions of the service provider with whom you have made a booking. Some services, such as non-refundable hotel stays or promotional airline tickets, or the tickets booked via some discounted coupons may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing

-Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed as per the service provider’s policies and timelines.

-Some refunds may be subject to administrative fees or deductions. That has been informed and communicated with you while processing the refund. 

-Refunds are typically credited back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days, depending on the bank or payment gateway. Sometimes it may take longer and may not reflect if paid by credit card. In this case we request you to wait till the next billing cycle of your card. 

-In case of flight cancellations, users may be offered alternative travel dates or airline credit instead of a cash refund. If you don't want to cancel then you can change the dates also, almost all the airlines give this option to change the flight, you can book as per your suitability.
