How To Reserve a Flight
ANA offers different methods of flight booking so that it will be convenient and easy for you to book a flight-
Online Reservation: Reserve flights, reserve seats, reserve special services, and modify reservation at ANA official website (www.ana.co.jp).
Mobile Application: ANA mobile application (iOS, Android) offers the flight booking option, mobile boarding, and in-app notification.
Travel Agency: The travelers book from ANA limited travel agencies as well.
Customer Support: ANA customer support offers the flight schedule change, special request, and booking assistance.
Modes of Payment
The passengers pay through the following modes of payment-

-ANA Mileage Club miles for award miles

Cancellation Policy
ANA has lenient cancellation policy depending on fare class and booking conditions-
Refundable Tickets: When customers book refundable tickets, the customers can cancel the trip and get refunds depending on cancellation charges.
Non-Refundable Tickets: There are some low-fare tickets that are non-refundable but fee and tax can be refunded.
Cancellation Procedure- Cancellation on ANA website, mobile, or customer care.
Refund Processing Time- Refundable refund is processed in 7 to 20 working days based on payment medium.

Flight Change Policy
Travelers are provided the facility of change of flight information by ANA-
Eligible Tickets: Except for the restricted fare discount, change of fare is permissible.
Adjustment Procedure
-In case of online change through the 'Manage Booking' facility.
-Same day changes can be permitted through ANA mobile app.
-Refer to ANA customer service assistance.
Change fees: Optional change fees for class of fare change, route, and time of change. Fare difference will apply.
Same-Day Flight Change: Same-day flight change in Japan (subject to availability).
Upgrading a Flight

Method of Upgrade
By ANA Mileage Club (AMC) Miles: Upgrade by miles.

Bid for Upgrade: Qualifying passengers may bid.
Entitlement: Subject to fare class, flight, and seat.

Baggage Rule
Checked Baggage Entitlement
ANA is generous with their baggage rule by class of travel:
Economy Class: 2 pieces (23 kg each)
Premium Economy: 2 pieces (23 kg each)
Business Class: 2 pieces (32 kg each)
First Class: 3 pieces (32 kg each)
Cabin Baggage
All Cabin Classes: 1 cabin baggage (<10 kg) + 1 personal item (handbag, laptop bag, etc.)
Excess charge will be imposed for over that.

Policy of Unaccompanied Minor
ANA wishes to make traveling for unaccompanied children easy and safe-
Age Requirement
5 to 11 years: UM service should be used.
12 to 16 years: UM service can be chosen.
Procedure for Booking: Parent/guardian can reserve service by calling ANA customer service.
Service Provided: ANA cabin crew will offer child care on board, from arrival to check-in.
Web Check-In
Web check-in is available to avoid waiting at the airport-
Available: 24 hours prior to the departure of the flight and closes 60 minutes prior to departure for international flights.
